NOW Sports AAKG 2200 provides arginine in the form of arginine alpha-ketoglutarate – a compound of the amino acid L-arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate, an intermediate of the energy-producing Krebs cycle. Popular with people who train regularly.

Ingredients
Per 4 capsules: AAKG (from L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate dihydrate) 2,200 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 4 capsules a day on an empty stomach. Consult a doctor before continuous high-dose use for more than 60 days. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
