Description

NOW Foods ADAM™ is a multivitamin designed for men, iron-free, with minimal excipients so there is more room for nutrients. Alongside a full range of vitamins and chelated minerals it contains saw palmetto, lycopene, lutein, alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10 and vitamin K2.

2 tablets a day; with trans-resveratrol and grape seed extract; 30 mg zinc

Veg capsules

Same formula as the tablets in 3 vegetarian capsules a day; vitamin A as 75% beta-carotene and 25% retinyl palmitate; zinc as picolinate (15 mg)

Softgels

Easier to swallow; with plant sterols (beta-sitosterol), pumpkin seed oil and vitamin D3
2 softgels a day; 90 and 180 softgel packs
B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins C, D, B-6, B-12, folate, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood; selenium to normal spermatogenesis.

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets, 3 veg capsules or 2 softgels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
