NOW Foods Amino Complete combines peptide-bound amino acids from whey, soy and casein protein with the free-form amino acids L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-ornithine – together all 20 amino acids in one capsule-based supplement.

The formula is rounded off with vitamin B-6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A convenient choice for active people who want to top up their amino acid intake without shakes.

Directions
