Ingredients
Per tablespoon (10 g): energy 40 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 9 g, of which sugars 2 g; fibre 5 g; potassium 54 mg; calcium 8 mg.
Ingredients: apple fibre powder.
Directions
Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 350 ml of juice or water and drink straight away. Drink plenty of fluids during the day.
