Description
NOW Sports Beta-Alanine Powder. Beta-alanine is an amino acid that muscle cells use to make carnosine, which buffers the acid that builds up during intense exercise. NOW Sports uses CarnoSyn®, a patented, clinically studied form. Many people feel a harmless, temporary tingling of the skin after a dose; it usually fades after a few weeks of use.
