Description

NOW Foods Biotin 5,000 mcg is a high-strength biotin supplement. Biotin (vitamin B7) is a water-soluble B vitamin.

Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal macronutrient metabolism, the maintenance of normal hair and skin, and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients

Per capsule: biotin 5,000 µg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
