NOW Foods Boron provides the trace mineral boron in a chelated form (Albion™ bororganic glycine). Boron takes part in the body's handling of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus and is often combined with bone formulas.

Ingredients
Per capsule: boron (from bororganic glycine, Albion™) 3 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
