Description
NOW Foods Cal-Mag Caps combine calcium (partly from Aquamin® seaweed minerals) and magnesium with chelated zinc, copper and manganese, plus vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 as MK-7.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Vitamin K, zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: calcium (from calcium carbonate, Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals, calcium citrate) 500 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide, citrate, malate) 250 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 25 µg (1,000 IU); zinc (from zinc amino acid complex) 7.5 mg; manganese (from manganese bisglycinate) 2.5 mg; copper (from copper bisglycinate) 0.5 mg; vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) 40 µg; organic kelp (Laminaria spp.) 25 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, citric acid.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with food, preferably in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
