Description
NOW Foods Cal-Mag DK combines calcium citrate and magnesium with the two vitamins most closely tied to calcium: vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® MK-7.
- Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: calcium (from calcium citrate) 266 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide) 133 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 8.3 µg (333 IU); vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MenaQ7®) 30 µg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, modified starch, sucrose, corn oil, tocopherol, sodium ascorbate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
