Description

NOW Foods Calcium Citrate is a bone formula built on calcium citrate – a well-absorbed form of calcium – supported by magnesium, vitamin D and chelated zinc, copper and manganese (Albion™ bisglycinates).

Calcium, magnesium, vitamin D, zinc and manganese contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function; vitamin D also to normal absorption of calcium.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Available in 100 and 250 tablet packs

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: calcium (from calcium citrate) 600 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide and magnesium aspartate) 300 mg; vitamin D (as D2 ergocalciferol) 10 µg (400 IU); zinc (from zinc bisglycinate, Albion™) 15 mg; manganese (from manganese bisglycinate, Albion™) 5 mg; copper (from copper bisglycinate, Albion™) 1 mg.

Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetarian coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate, glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), citric acid, maltodextrin, stearic acid (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day with food, preferably in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
