Description

NOW Foods Castor Oil softgels contain cold-pressed, hexane-free oil from castor beans (Ricinus communis), with a little fennel oil. Castor oil has a long tradition of use as a laxative; the softgel avoids its famously unpleasant taste.

Ingredients

Per softgel: castor oil (Ricinus communis, seed; cold pressed, hexane-free) 650 mg; fennel oil (Foeniculum vulgare, fruit) 10 mg; energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food, as needed. Not for long-term use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
