Description

NOW Foods Cat's Claw contains powdered bark of the vine. Cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa), known in Peru as uña de gato, is a woody vine from the Amazon rainforest named after its hooked thorns. It has been used by indigenous peoples of the region for centuries; its characteristic compounds are oxindole alkaloids.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: cat's claw bark (Uncaria tomentosa) 1,000 mg; carbohydrate <1 g.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
