NOW Foods CoQ10 100 mg softgels contain coenzyme Q10 dissolved in organic extra virgin olive oil with mixed tocopherols and sunflower lecithin, as CoQ10 is fat-soluble. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound present in every cell, most concentrated in the heart, liver and kidneys, where it takes part in cellular energy production. The body makes less of it with age. NOW uses pharmaceutical-grade, all-trans CoQ10 produced by fermentation.

Ingredients

Per softgel: coenzyme Q10 100 mg.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, organic caramel colour), organic extra virgin olive oil, mixed tocopherols (from sunflower), sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
