Description
NOW Foods CoQ10 600 mg is NOW's highest-strength CoQ10 softgel, with vitamin E and soy lecithin in rice bran oil. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound present in every cell, most concentrated in the heart, liver and kidneys, where it takes part in cellular energy production. The body makes less of it with age. NOW uses pharmaceutical-grade, all-trans CoQ10 produced by fermentation. Because the softgel is large, take it with a full glass of water.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Per softgel: coenzyme Q10 600 mg; vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) 20 mg; soy lecithin 50 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 0.5 g.
Other ingredients: rice bran oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, annatto extract, zinc oxide), beeswax.
Allergens: contains soy.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food and about 240 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
