Description

NOW Foods CoQ10 with Omega-3 combines 60 mg of coenzyme Q10 with fish oil concentrate and soy lecithin in one softgel. Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound present in every cell, most concentrated in the heart, liver and kidneys, where it takes part in cellular energy production. The body makes less of it with age. NOW uses pharmaceutical-grade, all-trans CoQ10 produced by fermentation.

Ingredients

Per softgel: coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) 60 mg; fish oil concentrate 250 mg, providing EPA 40 mg and DHA 25 mg; soy lecithin 200 mg; energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, annatto extract, carob), rice bran oil, beeswax, d-alpha tocopherol, mixed tocopherols.

Allergens: contains fish (sardines, anchovies, mackerel) and soy.

Directions

Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
