Description
NOW Foods Cod Liver Oil comes from cod caught off Iceland and Norway. It is a traditional source of omega-3 fatty acids and naturally rich in vitamins A and D. The oil is tested for contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins and heavy metals.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and skin and to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients
Per softgel: cod liver oil 650 mg; vitamin A (from retinyl palmitate and cod liver oil) 750 µg; vitamin D (from D3 cholecalciferol and cod liver oil) 6.75 µg (270 IU); energy 5 kcal; fat 0.5 g.
Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).
Allergens: contains fish (cod).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
