NOW Foods Colostrum 500 mg in convenient capsules. Colostrum is the first milk mammals produce in the days after giving birth, before regular milk. This bovine colostrum (from cows not treated with synthetic growth hormones) naturally contains proteins such as immunoglobulins and lactoferrin.

Directions
1 capsule once or twice a day, as needed.
