Directions
For aromatherapy (e.g. a few drops in a diffuser). For any other use, dilute carefully with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil – follow a reputable aromatherapy guide for dilution ratios. Close the cap tightly after use and store at room temperature in the original bottle, away from heat, direct sunlight and humidity.
Warnings
Not for internal use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Essential oils are highly concentrated – use with care. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not apply to the skin – citrus oils react strongly to sunlight and UV light (phototoxic).
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
