NOW Foods Evening Primrose Oil in 500 mg softgels. Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) is cold-pressed without hexane from the seeds of the evening primrose. It is a natural source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid that is otherwise found mainly in borage and blackcurrant seed oils.

Ingredients

Per 3 softgels: evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis, seed; cold pressed, hexane-free) 1,500 mg, providing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) 135 mg; energy 15 kcal; fat 1.5 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).

Directions

Adults: 3 softgels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
