NOW Foods Glucosamine & Chondroitin Extra Strength provides both nutrients in their sulphate forms, at twice the strength of the regular capsules. Glucosamine is a building block of glycosaminoglycans and proteoglycans – the main components of cartilage. Chondroitin sulphate from bovine cartilage is itself a glycosaminoglycan. The tablets are large – take them with a full glass of water.

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: glucosamine sulphate (from glucosamine potassium sulphate complex) 1,500 mg; chondroitin sodium sulphate (from bovine cartilage) 1,200 mg; energy 10 kcal; carbohydrate 2 g; sodium 110 mg.

Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica, vegetable coating.

Allergens: contains crustaceans (crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish).

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day with about 240 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
