Description
NOW Foods Gluten Digest combines BioCore® DPP IV – an enzyme that breaks the proline-rich bonds typical of gluten and other cereal proteins – with further proteases and amylases for the carbohydrates found in the same foods. Take one capsule at the start of a meal that may contain gluten.
Important: this product does not make gluten safe for people with coeliac disease or gluten allergy and is not a substitute for a gluten-free diet.

Ingredients
Per capsule: enzyme blend 280 mg: BioCore® DPP IV protease (Aspergillus oryzae) 30,000 HUT / 500 DPP-IV; protease (Aspergillus melleus) 8.5 AP; amylase (A. oryzae) 12,000 DU; glucoamylase (A. niger) 20 AGU.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, MCT powder.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule at the beginning of any meal that may contain gluten.
