Description
NOW Foods GTF Chromium uses chromium nicotinate glycinate (Albion™) – a form often called "Glucose Tolerance Factor" chromium because it resembles the form originally isolated from food.
Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Ingredients
Per tablet: chromium (GTF chromium, from 8,000 µg chromium nicotinate glycinate, Albion™) 200 µg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), maltodextrin, vegetarian coating (hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. People with diabetes or hypoglycaemia, and those taking blood-sugar-lowering medication, should use only under medical supervision. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
