Description

NOW Sports HMB Double Strength provides 1,000 mg of HMB (myHMB®) per tablet – twice the capsule strength – with vitamin D3. HMB is a naturally occurring metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid leucine, popular with people who train regularly and with active older adults.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones.

Ingredients

Per tablet: HMB (β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate, from calcium HMB monohydrate, myHMB®) 1,000 mg; calcium 168 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 12.5 µg (500 IU).

Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, vegetarian coating.

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet 2 to 3 times a day with food, alongside regular exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
