Description
NOW Sports HMB provides β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate (myHMB®) – a naturally occurring metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid leucine, popular with people who train regularly and with active older adults. Vitamin D3 is added.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: HMB (β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate, from calcium HMB monohydrate, myHMB®) 1,000 mg; calcium (from calcium HMB) 160 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 12.5 µg (500 IU).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day with food, alongside regular exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
