L-arginine is a conditionally essential amino acid – the body can make it, but not always in the amounts it needs. It takes part in the urea cycle and in protein production, and it is the starting material from which the body makes nitric oxide.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: L-arginine (free-form) 1,000 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules twice a day, between meals or at bedtime, with a large glass (at least 250 ml) of water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
