NOW Foods L-Citrulline Pure Powder contains nothing but L-citrulline, so it can be dosed precisely and mixed into any drink.
L-citrulline is an amino acid first found in watermelon. In the body it takes part in the urea cycle, which removes ammonia left over from protein metabolism, and it is converted into arginine – which makes it popular with athletes.
