Description

The double-strength version of NOW Foods L-Glutamine – 1,000 mg per capsule instead of 500 mg, so a full gram takes a single capsule.

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and is considered conditionally essential: during periods of high demand, such as intensive training, the body may need more than it can produce. It carries nitrogen between tissues and is a fuel for fast-dividing cells, such as those lining the gut.

Directions
