L-proline is one of the main amino acids in collagen, the structural protein of skin, tendons, ligaments, joints, bones and blood vessels. The body can make proline itself, but in situations of increased demand the diet may not always cover its needs.

Ingredients

Directions
Adults: 2 capsules once or twice a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
