NOW Foods L-Theanine Chewables. L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in the tea plant (Camellia sinensis). It is popular for relaxation without drowsiness. Inositol and taurine are added, in a berry-flavoured chewable sweetened with xylitol and stevia.

Ingredients

Per chewable tablet: L-theanine 100 mg; inositol; taurine (free form).

Other ingredients: xylitol, sorbitol, stearic acid (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, natural flavours, silicon dioxide, malic acid, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), organic stevia leaf extract, beet powder.

Directions

Adults: chew 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day, as needed, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
