Description
NOW Foods Iron Liquid provides 18 mg of iron per serving as Iron Taste Free™ ferric glycinate – a chelated form that is well absorbed and gentle on the stomach, without the metallic taste typical of liquid iron. Sweetened with xylitol and stevia.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Per 2 teaspoons (10 ml): iron (from 95 mg ferric glycinate, Iron Taste Free™) 18 mg; energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 5 g, of which xylitol 1 g.
Other ingredients: deionised water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, L-malic acid, citric acid, natural flavour, potassium sorbate (preservative), organic stevia leaf extract.
Directions
Adults: shake well. 2 teaspoons a day with juice or water on an empty stomach. Refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a doctor.
Warnings
For adults only. Keep strictly out of reach of children – accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Xylitol is toxic to dogs and other pets. Refrigerate after opening.
