NOW Foods Liquid L-Carnitine is an easy-to-take alternative to capsules: one tablespoon provides 1,000 mg of L-carnitine as Carnipure®, a high-purity form made without animal ingredients.

L-carnitine is found mainly in red meat and other animal foods. In the body it carries fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are used to produce energy – which is why it is a staple for many physically active people.

The formula also contains vitamin B-6, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per tablespoon (15 ml): energy 15 kcal; carbohydrate 4 g; vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg; L-carnitine (Carnipure®, free-form base) 1,000 mg.

Directions

Shake well. Adults: 1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
