NOW Foods Liver Refresh™ combines milk thistle extract standardised to 80% silymarin with reduced L-glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, grape seed extract, L-carnitine, L-methionine and a blend of herbs: artichoke leaf, beetroot, raspberry leaf, Baikal skullcap, schisandra, barberry and organic turmeric.

Ingredients

Per 3 capsules: milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, fruit/seed; 240 mg silymarin, 80%) 300 mg; L-glutathione (reduced) 200 mg; grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera, standardised for polyphenols) 100 mg; herbal blend of artichoke leaf, beetroot and raspberry leaf 90 mg; alpha lipoic acid; L-carnitine (from L-carnitine tartrate) 50 mg; Baikal skullcap root (Scutellaria baicalensis); schisandra fruit (Schisandra chinensis); barberry root bark (Berberis vulgaris) 30 mg; organic turmeric root (Curcuma longa); L-methionine 20 mg; energy 10 kcal.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), gum arabic, ascorbyl palmitate, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, maltodextrin.

Directions

Adults: 3 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
