NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate 200 mg tablets supply magnesium as fully reacted magnesium citrate, a well-absorbed organic form.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 400 mg.

Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate, glycerin), stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
