NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate Softgels combine four forms of magnesium – citrate, glycinate, malate and oxide – suspended in rice bran oil.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients

Per 3 softgels: magnesium (from magnesium citrate, glycinate, malate, oxide) 400 mg; energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g.

Other ingredients: rice bran oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), beeswax, sunflower lecithin.

Directions

Adults: 3 softgels a day with food, preferably in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
