Description
NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate provides magnesium chelated with the amino acid glycine (Albion™ bisglycinate) – a form known for good absorption and gentleness on the stomach.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients
Per 2 tablets: magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate, Albion™) 200 mg.
Other ingredients: citric acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, vegetarian coating.
Directions
Adults: 2 tablets once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
