Description

NOW Foods Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine® combines magnesium chelated with glycine (Albion™ bisglycinate) – well absorbed and gentle on the stomach – with BioPerine® black pepper extract.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function.

Available in 60 and 180 capsule packs

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate, Albion™) 200 mg; black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®, min. 96% piperine) 2.5 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), citric acid, ascorbyl palmitate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
