NOW Sports Men's Active Sports Multi is a daily multivitamin for physically active men. Besides high levels of B vitamins, vitamin D3, chelated minerals and 200 µg of selenium, it contains ingredients rarely found in an everyday multi: an MCT oil base, BCAAs, glutamine, arginine and taurine, Tribulus terrestris, Panax ginseng, maca, green tea, saw palmetto, plant sterols (CardioAid®), lutein and lycopene. Competitive athletes should check its status with their sports federation.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins C, D, B-6, B-12, folate, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions

Adults: 3 softgels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

Smokers should consult a doctor before using high-dose beta-carotene. For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Biotin may interfere with some laboratory test results – tell your doctor you are taking it. Contains green tea extract: do not consume on an empty stomach, do not combine with other products containing green tea on the same day, and do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or under the age of 18.
