Description

NOW Foods Milk Thistle Double Strength provides 300 mg of extract (240 mg silymarin) in a single capsule – twice the regular strength – complemented by dandelion root and artichoke leaf extract. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) has been used in traditional herbal practice for centuries, especially for the liver. Its seeds contain silymarin, a group of flavonolignans.

Ingredients

Per capsule: milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum, fruit/seed; 240 mg silymarin, 80%) 300 mg; dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) 100 mg; artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus, with maltodextrin) 50 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
