NOW Foods MK-7 Extra Strength provides three times the regular dose – 300 µg of vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® MK-7, a soy-free form made from chickpeas that stays in the body a long time.

Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per capsule: vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MK-7, MenaQ7®, from chickpea) 300 µg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), silicon dioxide, MCT.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
