Description

NOW Foods Multi Collagen combines hydrolysed collagen from three sources: bovine (types I and III, from BSE-free, hormone-free cattle), chicken bone broth (type II) and fish skin (type I). Vitamin C and grape seed extract are added. Unflavoured; mix into water, juice or any drink.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage.
Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients

Per 2½ level tablespoons (13.1 g): hydrolysed collagen (bovine, chicken bone broth, fish skin) 11 g; vitamin C 100 mg; grape seed extract 50 mg; energy 40 kcal; protein 10 g.

Directions

Mix 2½ level tablespoons a day into about 240 ml of water, juice or another drink; shake well. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
