Description

NOW Foods Omega 3-6-9 combines five cold-pressed plant oils – organic flaxseed, evening primrose, canola, blackcurrant seed and pumpkin seed – into a balanced mix of omega-3 (ALA), omega-6 (linoleic acid and GLA) and omega-9 (oleic acid) fatty acids. A fish-free source of essential fatty acids.

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: organic flaxseed oil (cold pressed) 1,400 mg; evening primrose oil (cold pressed) 300 mg; canola oil (cold pressed, non-GMO) 260 mg; blackcurrant seed oil (cold pressed) 20 mg; pumpkin seed oil (cold pressed); energy 20 kcal; fat 2 g, of which polyunsaturates 1.5 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, water, glycerin, caramel powder, carob powder).

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
