Description
NOW Foods Soy-Free Phosphatidyl Serine uses Sharp•PS® GREEN – phosphatidylserine made from non-GMO sunflower lecithin instead of soy. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid and a natural structural component of cell membranes, especially abundant in nerve cells.

Ingredients
Per capsule: phosphatidylserine (from sunflower lecithin, Sharp•PS® GREEN) 150 mg; calcium (from calcium carbonate) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule once or twice a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
