Description
NOW Foods Phosphatidyl Serine Extra Strength provides three times the amount of the regular 100 mg version in one softgel a day. Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid – a natural structural component of cell membranes, especially abundant in nerve cells – here derived from highly refined soy lecithin, in MCT oil.

Per softgel: phosphatidylserine (from highly refined soy) 300 mg; energy 10 kcal; fat 1 g.
Other ingredients: MCT oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, water).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
