NOW Foods Prebiotic Fiber is Fibersol®-2 – a tasteless, digestion-resistant soluble fibre made from non-GMO corn. It dissolves quickly in water or any drink without changing its taste or texture, and is fermented by beneficial gut bacteria. Taken with meals, it can help you feel fuller.

Ingredients
Per 2 level tablespoons (12 g): Fibersol®-2 digestion-resistant maltodextrin 12 g; energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 12 g, of which fibre 11 g (soluble).

Directions
Mix 2 level tablespoons into about 240 ml of water or another drink once a day, with a meal. Increase fibre intake gradually and drink plenty of fluids.
