Description

NOW Foods Sleep combines valerian root (0.1% valerenic acids) – a herb traditionally used in Europe to aid relaxation – with 5-HTP from Griffonia seed and GABA. Take one capsule an hour before bedtime.

Ingredients

Per capsule: valerian root (Valeriana officinalis; min. 0.1% valerenic acids) 300 mg; 5-HTP (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract) 100 mg; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule one hour before bedtime, as needed. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
