Ingredients

Per capsule: St John's wort extract (Hypericum perforatum, herb; min. 0.3% hypericin) 300 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed 3 capsules a day unless advised by a doctor.

St John's wort interacts with many medicines, including antidepressants, oral contraceptives (reducing their effectiveness), immunosuppressants, anticoagulants, anti-epileptic drugs and chemotherapy – do not use while taking any medication or if you have a medical condition without consulting a doctor.
