Description

NOW Foods Sunflower Lecithin is a soy-free, non-GMO lecithin from sunflower seeds. Lecithin is a natural mixture of phospholipids – mainly phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine – that acts as an emulsifier, helping fats to disperse in water. Phosphatidylcholine is also a source of choline.

Ingredients

Per 2 softgels: sunflower lecithin 2,400 mg, providing phosphatidylcholine 360 mg; energy 25 kcal; fat 2 g, of which polyunsaturates 1 g.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), organic extra virgin olive oil.

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
