NOW Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 blends fish oil, borage seed oil and organic flaxseed oil. Fish oil brings EPA and DHA, flaxseed oil adds plant omega-3 (ALA), and borage oil is one of the richest sources of the omega-6 fatty acid GLA. The fish oil is tested for contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins and heavy metals.

Per 2 softgels: borage seed oil 800 mg; fish oil concentrate; organic flaxseed oil; energy 25 kcal; fat 2.5 g. Typical fatty acids (natural variation): omega-3 604 mg (EPA 126 mg, DHA 78 mg), omega-6 539 mg (GLA 160 mg), omega-9 225 mg.

Other ingredients: softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), d-alpha tocopherol (from sunflower).

Allergens: contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna).

Directions

Adults: 2 softgels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
