Description
NOW Foods Taurine Powder is free-form taurine with just a trace of silicon dioxide to keep it flowing – an economical way to take taurine without capsules.
Taurine is an amino acid that the body does not use to build proteins. It occurs free in most tissues, especially the heart, muscles, eyes and nervous system, where it helps stabilise cell membranes and move minerals such as potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in and out of cells.

Ingredients
Per ¼ level teaspoon (about 0.9 g): taurine (free-form) 875 mg.
Other ingredients: silicon dioxide (0.5%).
Directions
Adults: ¼ level teaspoon once or twice a day with water or juice, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
