Description
NOW Foods Tri-Amino brings together three amino acids that are often taken together. Arginine and ornithine are part of the urea cycle, which clears ammonia left over from protein metabolism; lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot make itself.
A 2-capsule serving provides 550 mg L-arginine, 450 mg L-lysine and 400 mg L-ornithine.
Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: L-arginine (free-form) 550 mg; L-lysine (from L-lysine HCl) 450 mg; L-ornithine (from L-ornithine HCl) 400 mg; energy 5 kcal.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water or juice, before exercise or at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
